We have some exciting news to share. Mallory Ortberg will be joining us at the AAR/SBL Annual Meeting in Atlanta! Mallory Ortberg is the co-founder of the feminist web magazine The Toast and author of Texts from Jane Eyre and Other Conversations with Your Favorite Literary Characters (2014). She’s active on Twitter under @mallelis.

On Saturday and Sunday, Mallory will be hijacking our Twitter feed @MarginaliaROB, so be sure to follow to get her updates from the floor.

The big event is on Saturday evening at 6p and we’ll announce the location as soon as we confirm. Krista Dalton (Columbia University and an editor at The Ancient Jew Review) will host a conversation with Mallory, philosopher Abby Kluchin (The Brooklyn Institute for Social Research and Ursinus College), and Atlanta writer Laura Relyea (editor-in-chief of Vouched Books and one of Atlanta’s Top 30 under 30).
