Stephanie Paulsell is Houghton Professor of the Practice of Ministry Studies at Harvard Divinity School. She is the author of Honoring the Body: Meditations on a Christian Practice and is working on a book about Virginia Woolf and religion. She spoke with Charles Halton about “as if” living and the value of fiction for understanding religion.
