Gideon Sapir is a professor of law at Bar-Ilan University, Israel, a senior fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University, and is a member of the Kohelet Policy Forum. He is the author and editor of several books and many articles on constitutional law and theory. His latest book (with Daniel Statman), Religion & State: Legal & Philosophic Inquiry [Hebrew], was published in 2014.
