Eli Rosenblatt

Eli Rosenblatt received his PhD in Jewish Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2017. His book project, titled “Enlightening the Skin,” explores “Black-Jewish Relations” as an imagined and imaginative construct in Ashkenazi Jewish literature and culture. He is currently a Research Associate at Georgetown University, where he’ll teach a seminar in Jewish Culture and Politics at the School of Foreign Service in the spring. His writing and translations have appeared in Midrasz, Public Books, In Geveb, CritCom, and the Forward.
